Optimind Technology Solutions is seeking for highly motivated Digital Account Executives. With clients coming from advertising, digital, and marketing sectors, the account executive ensures campaigns and projects run efficiently and effectively. An account executive communicates all correct information to all team members, clients and reports updates to the head of sales.
Exceptional organizational skills are needed so that all projects run efficiently, expecting to monitor it every step of the way to meet deadlines fulfilling client expectations.
An account executive will drive digital marketing and IT-based solutions and professional services revenue by identifying, pursuing and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a savvy internet user. You do not need to know how to program or design unless you want to learn, but you will need to understand the capabilities and limitations of the different technologies that our software developers and designers use.
This opportunity is for our Manila and Cebu offices.
- Thoroughly identifying the client needs, looking for opportunities converting all inquiries to sales
- Educating foreign and local clients, arranging meetings and liaising to understand their requirements better
- Monitoring all stages of the projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
- Receiving and making sales services for existing clients.
- Mainly be working in an office setting, also spending time at meetings and briefings at client offices
- Building a trustworthy reputation, keeping oneself stimulated to achieve maximum productivity.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in the following fields: Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, Psychology, Information Technology, Mass Communication, Entrepreneurship, Business Management or Business Administration or any related field
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build team-client rapport
- Pro-active approach to creative projects
- A keen eye for detail and has full awareness of creative processes and techniques including digital platforms
- Self-starter and can work with teams.
- Strong ability to create proposals, sales presentation, and other sales collateral.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with and present to all levels within prospects organization.
- Exceptional PC and internet skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word Powerpoint, and web meeting tools.
- Maintains a cool outlook amidst pressure.
